Key Responsibilities:

Act as SME for SAP PLM, guiding customers on solution architecture and best practices.
Lead workshops, demos, and solution presentations for executive/business stakeholders.
Design and implement migration strategies from legacy PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, etc.) to SAP PLM.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams to align PLM capabilities with business needs.
Support pre-sales activities, capability presentations, and proposals.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of SAP experience with at least 6+ years in SAP PLM (Engineering Records, DMS, Change Management, CAD Integration, etc.).
Proven end-to-end SAP PLM implementation and migration experience.
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA PLM and integration with MM, PP, QM, EHS, DMS.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage both executives and technical teams.
